Tips on Safety

Children should be supervised at all times

Users should be directed away from the generator when it is in use

Remove footwear and wear socks

Don’t smoke near the equipment

Don’t allow too many people on the castle at any one time

No eating or drinking on the inflatables

Using the Generator

The generator obviously carries it’s own hazards, including not only the risk of tripping over the equipment, but also carries the risk of electric shock and perhaps fire.

For this purpose, it is advised that any supervision should take place close to the generator, making sure that the above safety tips are followed. A Fire Extinguisher is available on request.

Our Insurance

The above safety tips and a pre–hire discusion on safety will hopefully ensure that the hire of the castle will be trouble free, but we are aware that accidents do happen.

For this purpose we have purchased insurance covering inflatable & play equipment and public liability to the value of £5,000,000 (5 million pounds) through Albion Insurance Company Limited and was arranged by FML Insurance Services Limited who are based in Essex.
